Dispatch
Orders are prepared once payment is verified. Standard dispatch is within two business days; batch documentation is attached to the order record.
Shipping & returns
Packaging
Temperature-sensitive formats ship in insulated packaging with a cold pack. Outer packaging is neutral and does not display product information.
Delivery regions
We deliver to laboratory and institutional addresses in supported regions. Some destinations require additional documentation before dispatch.
Returns
Sealed, unopened units may be returned within 14 days of delivery when the cold chain is documented. Opened units cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Damaged shipments
Report transport damage within 48 hours with photographs of the outer and inner packaging so we can issue a replacement or refund.
